Lorie Here. Thank you for checking out my Shapeshifter Yoga review. I promise you, that after you have read on, you may discover that you aren't alone in this. I have found that the best way to relieve stress and anxiety is through the practice of yoga. Not until recently that I’ve discovered Shapeshifter Yoga, that I really felt in touch with my inner soul and myself. Being an at home mom with a busy schedule, Shapeshifter Yoga has helped me overcome a lot of health problems, and thanks to the help of Shapeshifter Yoga programme and its awesome trainer, Kris Fondran, I can say, I really feel beautiful again as a women. By far Shapeshifter Yoga is the only program that I recommend. It’s easy to do – wether you are a beginner or a yoga practitioner already. However if you can not do it then and now in your late 30’s parenting your children and want to practice yoga, let me tell you that its never too late to start.
After entering the parenting phase in my life, these exercise has become all the more important for me because I had to deal with different situations every day while upbringing my child. These situations might put you in stress and you need to be patient and calm to assure a stress free environment for your child. Sleepless nights, running after the child, for feeding him/her playing with him/her, etc everything adds to the daily activities of your life and you need to keep your mind and body prepared for it. Through the help of shapeshifter yoga, I was able to stay focus and maintain a steady health so that I can always be there for my child.
Mothers can start practicing yoga after 6 weeks of delivering a baby. However, before starting yoga you need to consult your doctor, get a physical check and ask him what kind of exercises are suitable for you. Your doctor will let you know what kind of yoga you can practice and should you opt for this exercise mainly.
The great thing about Shapeshiter Yoga is that unlike any other sport or fitness program, you are not competing with any other participants but yourself. You are only concentrating on your own body and listening to it as it responds to the challenges you are putting it through. Your body will communicate with you through feelings of pain or pleasure, and you respond to this feedback from your body by doing the yoga postures correctly.
Breathing is also an esential element in yoga as it corresponds with each pose or posture (which I will later explain in the yoga asanas exercises). As a beginner you need to practice the art of breathing correctly as it helps you to get relaxed and move you deeper into each pose for a positive experience. You can actually direct your breathing to any spot on your body where there is tension and feel the effects as the feelings of tension is being released.
I also recommend that you do not eat a heavy meal before the commencement of each yoga session.
