What is Shapeshifter Yoga? Well, Shapeshifter Yoga is a science based digital training program that has a focus on pain free movements to promote weight loss, increased energy, strength, flexibility and concentration. It is through scientific research that has been undertaken that non-strenuous yoga flows are provided along to achieve results. As mentioned, the program is offered as a digital product, which is comprised of videos and eBooks, which are available, online instantly.  Additionally, they can also be downloaded right to your desktop and to portable devices such as your iPhones and tablets.

 

 

What is included with the Shapeshifter Yoga program?

 

 

  • The Manual – This is the main guide, which teaches you how to use the program.  It teaches you how to avoid the mistakes that can reduce the effectiveness of the program. You are taught how to master the skills and for the “Shapeshifter Everyday flow” – a fluid, rhythmic yoga routine, which I will go into further detail later in the review.

 

 

  • Yoga Pose Video Library – These are the yoga pose in the program, broken down by Kris Fondran. A video direction of the individual poses covering all muscle groups are provided.

 

  • Shapeshifter Yoga Program Video – Comprised of all the poses that are included in the yoga pose video library with easy step-by-step yoga routine. You are able to finish the whole routine or break the routine up in several sections, depending on your own schedule and also what your preferences are.

 

  • Yoga Pose Manual – Included here are all the information you need on the yoga poses that are in the yoga pose library. If you feel that written instruction is easier for you to learn, then this guide will sure to help you get the best results.

 

 

  • Shapeshifter Yoga At A Glance Wall Charts – This is comprised of two printable charts they will help you keep with the program and will also ensure you don’t forget any of the routines.

 

  • Everyday Flow Follow Along Video – Contained here is an all round workout that can be completed in minimal time. Suited for women who have very busy schedules, it is designed to get you maximum results and in as little as 10 minutes per day.

 

  • Bonus Audio Package  – These are helpful for those of you who don’t respond best to visual explanation.  If you feel that this could be you, then the Shapeshifter Yoga audio guide will help guide you through the poses so you can get the best results. It’s also great for those who are always on the go, as you can listen and perform these exercises anywhere (especially busy moms).

About The Creator - Kris Fondran

Kris Fondran was a marathon runner at the age of 20 but her career ended due to an overuse injury from always “being on the run” and not taking the time to stretch, which ended her career by age 22. Of course she didn’t let those limitations stop her! She just channeled them into something else…

 

Yoga had always intrigued Kris. In the beginning, Kris saw it as just another way to increase her physical flexibility while reducing mental and emotional stress. But once She began her dedication and practice, the personal benefits that she experienced quickly sold her on the merits of following yoga as a way of life.

 

While conducting a research study on the benefits of yoga for her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, she witnessed first hand how a simple 10-minute twice a day practice of yoga could have a profound effect, both physically and mentally, even on total beginners.

 

Not one or two hours — just 10 minutes! (Even the busiest professionals have time for that).

 

These days, Kris spend a lot of time coaching her online clients and followers through Kris Fondran’s Shapeshifter Yoga program. And she still does live events too, of course!
